Return & Refund Policy

BOOCBON CONSUMERS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 hour after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping them.

• BOOCBON CONSUMERS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for customized products, exclusively mentioned on the product page However, a replacement can be made if the customer proves that a damaged product was delivered. A clear unboxing video is enough to prove the damaged material received on arrival.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team with unboxing video. Our QC team will inspect it and will take an appropriate decision. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The QC Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of any Refunds approved by BOOCBON CONSUMERS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 9-15 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

• Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since the delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags & stickers intact. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange. However, damaged products that arrive on unboxing can be exchanged free of cost.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned as mentioned below.

  • Undergarments
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable items
  • Health and personal care items
  • Any item that is shipped after 7 days of delivery

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.

Sale items

• Only regular-priced items can be returned or refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival with a clear unpacking video. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@inux.in and send your item to our address mentioned on the Contact Us page.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

• To return your product, you should mail your product to our address mentioned on the Contact Us page.

• You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged product on arrival, the cost of return shipping will be paid by us @ Rs.60/- per 500gm or part thereof.

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

• If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
